The presentation evening was on Friday 28th February at 5pm.
The rough programme for the evening was as follows:
- 3.45pm External students arrive and eat packed teas in Hurst Library.
- 4.15 to 5.45pm Schools arrive, directed to parking, escorted to the theatre.
- 4.50pm Chris Riddell to set up on stage and start drawing
- 4.55pm Hurst SLT will welcome audience, introduce Chris Riddell and call host to the stage.
- 5.00pm Event begins
- 6.00pm Booksellers at back of stage
- 6.00pm Authors and host in Moore Hall for book signing.
- Student reps rejoin groups
- Audience split up (as directed):
- Go to get refreshments
- or
- Go to choose books
- The groups then switch
- 7.30-800pm Finish.
