‘Hekate’ is a fascinating book based on Greek mythology. What I liked the most about the book is how strong and fearless the main character, Hekate was knowing how strong and more powerful her relatives and cousins were than her. When I started reading the book, I wasn’t sure that I would like that the novel is written in verse and the few chapters written in paragraphs helped dictate the pace of the book. And I liked how Hekate was so determined to find out what her actual power was as a goddess and why even the most powerful gods were still scared by her.
